At the beginning of each project we set up a Value Planning meeting with our client, the purpose of which is to define a common understanding of our client’s expectations and the project objectives. In this way we set the parameters for managing scope, time, cost and quality over the life cycle of the project.
CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE
PJMGC act as client's representative on projects that are designed and constructed by third parties. This to effectively represent the client's interest during construction process, and include any necessary interfacing with commercial, legal, finance, letting or statutory parties.
INDEPENDENT CONST. & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
PJMGC takes a much more hands on role in managing the day-to-day running of the project, the design team and the contractor. In this capacity, PJMGC is responsible for delivering the project to meet and satisfy the client’s objectives on budget, scope, quality and programme.
INTEGRATED CONST. & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
This service involves PJMGC providing a fully integrated Const. & Project Management and Engineering Service. We will assemble the necessary design team using in-house staff and where needed, industry specialists.
PJMGC has an excellent team of structural engineers with a wide body of experience in analysis, design, detailing and specification in reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry and timber for commercial, retail, industrial and residential structures.
Cost-effective designs are produced promptly with the aid of powerful computer software such as Master Series design suite, STAAD Pro 9.0 and CAD RC software for detailing of R C Designs and Rebar schedule generation.
